If you are not satisfied with your premium account you can request a refund in the first 5 days if you haven’t downloaded more than 8 GB or more than 10 different files.

We would also like you to let us know the reason you were unsatisfied with our service and why you want to end your Premium Membership. We take customer feedbacks very seriously and use it to constantly improve our services.
