Research and Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining web application solutions to meet the evolving requirements of our client customers.
• Developing high quality code and solutions.
• Contributing to the design of application solutions.

• 2+ years post qualification experience in a software development role with experience of all aspects of the development life cycle, preferably on enterprise scale systems.
• Strong object-oriented design skills and coding experience in C#.
• Development experience with .NET, ASP.NET/Web Development, Web Services Development, Windows Services, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and XHTML.
• Knowledge of Web Standards and Technologies (AJAX, CSS, WS-Security etc).
• Third level Degree in Software Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition Environment.
• Experience in using source code control management systems.
• Ability to work on own initiative, in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to understand complex problems.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills (both verbal and written).

SEO Team Manager
The SEO Team Manager manages Zevera Services, Zevera’s premium customer team of search engine optimization (SEO) specialists. Zevera Services’ mission is to maximize the effectiveness/profitability of Zevera clients’ websites through industry-leading product support, proactive website performance analysis and optimization, search engine optimization, a firm understanding of customers’ goals, and the ability to implement strategies to achieve those goals. Zevera differentiates itself as a technology company with a very high standard for personalized customer service. The Account Services Team Manager role is crucial to this effort. This is an exciting position at the leading edge of account management, search engine marketing.  The Zevera Team Manager is responsible for managing a team of SEO Specialists that deliver online website marketing services and Search Engine Optimization “SEO” services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional inbound, outbound, and internal customer service;
Providing exceptional, proactive website consultation and / or changes to ensure optimal website performance and usability;
Establishing analyses of website performance that will drive the development of website/Internet marketing best-practices;
Understanding website customers’ strategic business drivers and implementing website strategies designed to achieve those goals;
Driving traffic to customer websites through the oversight or implementation of search engine optimization practices. 

Required Skills
Demonstrated success in a search engine optimization role;
Leading, coaching or mentoring a search engine optimization team;
Strong understanding of search engine optimization principles;
Demonstrated understanding of Internet marketing methodologies (organic search and paid marketing) preferred;
Experience in developing and delivering performance analysis to both internal and external customers;
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex software products and explain these to customers;
Proven ability to manage and complete tasks according to assigned timelines in a fast-paced environment;
Proven time management skills;
Must be able to work independently and handle multiple ongoing tasks with rapidly changing priorities;
Working expertise with Windows, Excel, and MS Word is required;
Working knowledge of the internet is required;
Working experience with a Customer Relationship Management experience to manage and track accounts and report results;
Minimum three years experience managing or coaching / mentoring teams in the customer, technical, or account management environment is required;
3-5 years of experience providing customer service or account management via the telephone and email required;
1-2 years experience in organic search, especially with Google, Yahoo, and/or MSN is preferred;
1-2 years experience in consumer Internet marketing, preferred;
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred;
